"In my experience, Rob was willing to overlook his staff using an elderly woman to provide her son's SSN and additional sensitive information to access his policies that were assigned to me. They then changes all of his information, address included, to that of his Mom, all to try and sell ONE auto policy. Fortunately for Rob, he found a way top sell a lot of life insurance policies (I have concerns) so @statefarm is willing to overlook his noncompliant practices. Instead, when I threatened to report this kind of activity to the State of Ohio Department of Insurance, MY contract was terminated. But congrats Rob, you are such a success..."
